TO BUILD A PROJECT YOU NEED TO DESIGN IT FIRST

At Level One we start off every renovation with a design. That way we can find out exactly what you want, provide you with 3D renders so you know exact what you're getting before build starts. Often times it's hard to envision the space without some kind of 3D model to help you. You'll get these 3D Renders during the design process. However, more importantly design is used to help plan your renovation. To build a car you need to design it first. Same thing goes with any home project.

DESIGN DRAWINGS

The design drawings are a simple way to show your renovation from a plan view. Lines on a page can easily be moved to change the space to suit your needs. In the design world, we communicate by using drawings to express our thoughts. Later, these design drawings will be used to prepare your permit application

ORTHOGRAPHIC VIEWS

Orthographic views are 3D objects shown in 2D. This view embodies the exact shape of an object seen from one side at a time like you are looking perpendicularly to it without showing any depth to the object. By using this type of view, you are getting a detailed representation of how your project's appearance would looking after it is completed. With this feature, you are now able to accurately visualize your project and easily make any changes

3D RENDERING TECHNOLOGY

3D Rendering Technology allows you to see the vision of your space from space plan to material choice in a realistic 3D model. This takes the unknown out of the renovation process. Because now, what you see is what you get.
