Our design process takes you through the following steps:

1. Project Review

A review of the project together with the client and designer, sets out the desires, needs, style, finishes and best use of the spaces to be developed. This early stage of collaboration of information allows the client and designer to develop the initial direction of the project in order to target the anticipated result.

2. Schematic Design

This conceptual stage utilizes the information collected from the project review stage in order to create and present visual ideas and design concepts to showcase the development, arrangement, and initial selections for use within the project’s spaces.

3. Design Development

Final choices and selections are reviewed, and presentation boards and drawings are produced to provide the final direction and details for trades, suppliers and other parties involved in developing the project areas.

4. Project Purchasing & Management

This stage moves all the concepts, drawings and ideas into actuality, by the organization, management, purchasing, tracking, scheduling and supervision of all material elements and trades for their movement into final placement.
