Level One offers complete Project Management Services. Our skilled estimators and project managers can make sure that your project runs smoothly so it remains on budget and on time. We can take control of any project that may be too much for the average layman. This can help make running and finishing any project a bit easier. We can do cost projections, estimating, sub trade organizing and all other aspects of managing any project from start to finish or for a specific portion, either in tandem with a client or alone with minimal client supervision.

In addition, we offer mediation and cost cross checking services for those who may have a contractor that they feel may be over charging, or if there is a dispute over change orders or general billing problems.

We can mediate a resolution on behalf of both parties from a “neutral and unbiased” point of view.

Sometimes problems arise where a contractor and / or client have an issue which can cause friction between the two parties.

Level One has provided mediation services for several disputes outside the courts where binding, fair and unbiased resolutions were reached eliminating lengthy court disputes and / or work stoppages.
