Every story has a beginning…ours started in a one bedroom apartment on the West End
Over 20 years ago, Level One Construction started as a local handyman service and has grown into one of Vancouver’s leading renovation companies. Our dedication to quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction has earned us a reputation for excellence, transforming homes and commercial spaces with care and precision.
With years of experience in the construction industry, Randy founded Level One Construction in 2001. What started as a small endeavor rapidly grew into a trusted name in high-end residential and commercial renovations.
Backed by a talented team and strong relationships with trusted suppliers and tradespeople, Level One is committed to providing exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding client service, transforming spaces with precision and care.

“We have just moved into our condo after an amazing renovation carried out by Level One. We are delighted with the quality of the work and the attention to detail of all the team. The condo is unrecognisable and is exactly what we wanted - light and bright with excellent use of the space. Level One may not be the cheapest option - but you really do get what you pay for and I doubt if any other team would have dealt so efficiently and flexibly with the unexpected problems that arose in our project. In addition we were always kept up-to-date with progress and any questions we had were answered very promptly. We would not consider using any other company in the future after two excellent experiences with Level One.”
